    Well they are Customer care... so until you ask them clearly and explain them your question they wont be giving properly reply... If we just ask as we wish and they cant understand it doesnt mean they reply negatively..
    can u tell clearly what did u ask them and what was their reply?

    My account is deactivated since last october so everything is clear for them so they suggested me to recharge with rs 133 or 15 days extra valadity with 6 months recharge.then i inquired about 555 offer then they replied in negative and said that there is no such offer for anykind of customer.

    Just visit Distributor and ask him topup with 555 card and then activate it for 6months.
    since your account is deactivated in october u can easily avail this offer..
    Just PM your smartcard number if u can..
